Shipping policy

All of our shipping, both domestic and international, is conducted via Australia Post. Currently, our orders are processed and dispatched from NSW, Australia.

We currently offer free express shipping within Australia for all orders, and also standard and Express shipping for international customers. Rates may vary based on location for International shipping. Chronic reserves the right to alter or modify their shipping rates at any time.

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, following the order date. The standard freight times within Australia are generally between 1-4 business days, however this may vary for rural/remote areas. Tracking will be provided as soon as the order is dispatched. 

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for any questions involving damage during freight, or any other potential issues concerning your order. If you have not received your order within 30 business days, you are eligible for a full refund.
