Shipping policy

All of our domestic shipping is conducted via Australia Post, and international orders are shipped with DHL. All of our orders are processed and dispatched same or next day from our warehouse in Sydney NSW, Australia.

We currently offer Free Shipping within Australia for all orders over $79, Free Express Shipping in Australia over $149, and a fast standard shipping option for international customers. Rates may vary based on location or product weight for International shipping. Chronic Australia reserves the right to alter or modify their shipping rates at any time.

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day of the order being placed. The standard freight times within Australia are generally between 1-4 business days, however this may vary for rural/remote areas. Tracking will be provided as soon as the order is dispatched. 

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for any questions involving damage during freight, or any other potential issues concerning your order. If you have not received your order within 30 business days, you are eligible for a full refund.
