Arnica is a flower that has been used for centuries to potentially treat muscle and joint pain, inflammation, swelling, and bruising. A placebo controlled study showed Arnica was as effective as NSAID's in treating osteoarthritis in the hand [24]

With our topicals, you'll often find that less is more! Due to the high potency ingredients, you only need to apply enough to thinly cover the affected area. By using our products this way, you can apply as often as you need and they'll last you months!
Press into the balm firmly to break up the surface, then you should be able to easily scoop out a pea-sized amount and apply it to your desired spots. Once you've applied, give it a good massage - you should apply enough so it can smoothly glide over the skin. This will allow the highly absorbent oils to penetrate deeply, for maximum, long-lasting effectiveness.
