The powerful essential oils in our ointment make it perfect to numb joints and nerves. Because of its deep warming sensation, it’s great to use first thing in the morning, or before a workout/activity.

The key difference-maker in our cream is the high-potency magnesium content. We use the most absorbent version of magnesium to capitalise on its ability as an electrolyte. In the body, it plays a vital role in maintaining nerve function and muscle/soft tissue health.

Generally speaking, we find the best results starting within the micro range for your first week, then slowly titrating to a higher dose (if you feel it's necessary). Once you find a dosage that is providing the desired benefits, there is no need to increase it!
